My name is Jonathan Woolridge

From a young age, I had a passion for cars, with a particular fascination for racing. At just 10 years old, I convinced my parents to enroll me in the Arrive and Drive karting program at Mosport Karting Ways, beginning my journey in motorsport.

In 2016, I faced a turning point when my parents divorced, which threatened my racing aspirations. I focused on my future and made the critical decision to pursue a career immediately after high school. I choose a path that kept me close the Automotive Industry, but overall did not satisfy my goals.

At 18, I set out to find a Canadian Formula Ford team seeking a young driver, but soon realized I would need to overcome financial obstacles to make my dream a reality. In 2019, my mother made a tremendous sacrifice by selling our home and investing $120,000 for my debut season in Formula 1600. This pivotal moment was my chance to shine, and I embraced it wholeheartedly, setting me on a life-changing path in the world of motorsport.
